Hi, Im Monty. I have more than 20 years of financial experience, over a decade of which is mortgage lending experience that usually proves useful, at some point, in every sale - even if we are not handling the financing portion of your transaction. When we do handle the financing and purchase of your next home and the sale of your current home, we provide the smoothest experience possible. You'll have one point of contact for all three transactions, which consolidates office visits, paperwork, and phone/text inquiries. It's also safer for you to disseminate your private financial information to fewer parties. Plus, things just get done faster without additional groups to play phone tag with. We are happy to provide our services individually, or together - whatever best suits your needs.
LISTING
We have buyers. Whether they are prequalified mortgage clients, investors, or real estate clients who are currently looking for the perfect property, one thing we know is how to find a buyer for your home. Selling your home is all about knowing the local housing market. Pricing your home correctly is crucial to maximizing the highest selling price possible. As area experts, I can help determine what direction the market is trending, so you can make the right choices when it comes to selling your home to get the highest price possible.
BUYING
Any major purchase requires research, careful analysis, consideration, and thought. Home buying isn't any different. Determining the right location, school district, number of bedrooms or bathrooms needed, and viewing multiple properties is the easy part. However, there are many other factors to think about in your home search. From securing the appropriate mortgage loan approval to scheduling and facilitating showings to the moment you get the keys to your new home, be there, guiding you through both the real estate buying and mortgage financing processes.
FINANCING
I am a loan officer at Home Mortgage Group, where we have over 100 years of combined mortgage lending experience. Our management, underwriting, and processing rival any bank or lender I have ever worked with. Underwriting always reviews files early in the process so that we are not surprised by last minute underwriting conditions that can cause unnecessary stress and closing delays. Few things are as inconvenient as having movers scheduled and appliances ordered, only to find out your closing is delayed. Don’t let that happen to you! With almost a decade of experience as a mortgage banker, I have seen almost every imaginable scenario. When your comfort and shelter is on the line, there is no substitute for knowledge and experience.
